MEDIATION SERVICES
Unresolved tension among staff—or between a director and a teacher—can affect the entire classroom environment. As a certified Conflict Resolution and Mediation Specialist, I use a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach to guide directors and teams through discovery, regulation, understanding, repair, and sustainability. When adults have the tools to navigate conflict effectively, they create a safer, more supportive environment for children.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Completing your classroom observation and portfolio assessment is the final step toward earning your CDA Credential. I earned my infant-toddler credential in 1998 and later earned my preschool credential. These significant accomplishments deepened my passion for early childhood education. I want to support you on your journey toward becoming a high-quality early childhood professional. I currently serve West Central Texas and the surrounding Big Country region.
